Our Promise
We take full responsibility for the performance, behavior, and productivity of workers selected by Arabian CWS during the three-month probation period. Any worker found unfit will be repatriated at our expense, and a replacement will be provided free of charge.
Our Responsibilities for Long & Short Term Overseas Employment Contracts:
- Candidate Sourcing: We source candidates that meet your job descriptions.
- Technical Trade Testing: Candidates undergo technical trade testing and are prepared for your approval. We have our own Welding Qualification Test (WQT) Center, ensuring the highest standards and efficiency in qualifying our welders.
- Interview Logistics: Your company delegate will be received at the airport and accompanied to the hotel. Final interviews are scheduled as per your requirements, with all necessary facilities provided.
- Medical Reports: We provide medical reports for selected candidates, adhering to the medical standards of the respective country.
- Government Formalities: We handle all necessary formalities including emigration clearance, visa stamping, police clearance certificates, and attestation of educational certificates.
- Real-Time Status Updates: All status updates are available in our CANDIDATE STATUS MANAGEMENT software. These updates are real-time, and each candidate is informed via automated SMS and scheduled phone calls. Clients have access to this transparent system for real-time updates on the candidate's status.
- Candidate Orientation: We provide orientation to candidates on the laws of the country of employment.
- Timely Placement: Approved candidates are placed within your desired timeframe with prior notification to you.
- Embarkation Support: We assist candidates with embarkation and airport formalities, providing all possible help.
