Selection Tools / Instruments
Personal interviews are conducted by our technical recruitment managers based on the job description provided by our client. Skilled and semi-skilled candidates undergo a trade test according to their specialization.
Interviewing
Screening, assessment, and short-listing of candidates for the final interview are carried out by our highly experienced and technically qualified recruitment managers.
